All functional components:
Stepless telescopic handle, TSA locks, case latches, hinges, and ball-bearing L&K Silentwheels.
Structural integrity:
Cracks or warping of the aluminum shells that impair secure closure or travel suitability.
Transport damage:
Functional damage caused by airlines or baggage handling that renders the suitcase unusable.
The repair process
1. Digital damage report
Report your case in just a few clicks via your registered user account and your digital certificate of ownership. A quick photo of the component is sufficient.
2. Diagnosis & Solution
Our manufacturing team will review your request within 24 hours. For modular parts (such as wheels), we will immediately send you original replacement components with the appropriate tools – or organize insured transport to our studio.
3. Professional overhaul in Austria
In our manufactory, master craftsmen straighten shells, replace assemblies, and subject the suitcase to a final 360° functional test before return shipping.
ACTIVATE PROTECTION
Your travel companion deserves a lifetime of care. The lifetime warranty takes effect automatically as soon as you register your suitcase with its individual serial number in your Langston & Keene account.
