Through our manufacture studio and select service partners, we ensure a swift restoration – from quick maintenance of individual components to a masterful complete overhaul.
We guarantee a fast and straightforward repair by our manufacture team. All service processes are managed centrally and transparently via the Langston & Keene customer portal. A prerequisite for submission is prior product registration: simply link your suitcase to your user account to activate your claim. Afterward, our portal will be fully available to you for repair requests, spare parts deliveries, and status updates.

Since our founding in 2020, our manufacturing team has pooled over five years of specialized expertise in aluminum processing. Every repair and maintenance service is performed in our in-house atelier with the same care used to create the original piece.
All functional damage to suitcases purchased on or after June 23, 2025, is fully covered by our lifetime warranty. For luggage items purchased before this date, as well as for leather goods, accessories, and special editions, protection applies within the scope of the respective specific warranty periods and statutory consumer rights.
Should any repairs fall outside the scope of our warranty, or if you wish to have purely aesthetic signs of wear refurbished, our manufacture specialists will examine your luggage in the finest detail. Before any work commences, you will receive a transparent assessment of the technical feasibility, along with a reliable, detailed cost estimate for your approval.
